Responsibilities
- Manage all weekend store operations including inventory, merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10-15 retail associates during peak weekend hours
- Exceed weekend sales targets through strategic promotions and exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention protocols
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement data-driven improvement strategies
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations and inventory management
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain premium store presentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals in high-volume environments
- Strong inventory management and visual merchandising skills
- Exceptional communication and team development abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail analytics software
- Ability to work flexible weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
