Responsibilities
- Manage all weekend store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10-15 retail associates to achieve sales targets
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain premium store presentation
- Analyze weekend sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve conflicts, and ensure exceptional service standards
- Coordinate inventory management and stock replenishment for weekend operations
- Collaborate with district management on store performance and improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and team development
- Strong proficiency in inventory management and retail analytics software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse customer interactions
- Ability to work flexible weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Valid California driver's license for store logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
