Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational targets.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Process incoming inventory and manage stock rotation efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to work nights, specifically Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
