Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and venue maintenance.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for ticket sales or concessions.
- Monitor the venue for safety and security issues, reporting them immediately.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate petty cash logs.
- Provide exceptional service to attendees, ensuring they enjoy their Saturday or Sunday.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A friendly, outgoing attitude and a willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Orlando location.
