Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 division's core technology stack, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing and Advanced AI integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and designers, to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle to ensure project delivery.
- Stay abreast of global technological trends to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge.
- Oversee the deployment of infrastructure on major cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and security standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on advanced computing.
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: Quantum Mechanics, Neural Networks, or Distributed Systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
