Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key milestones, technological shifts, and market opportunities leading up to and through the year 2026.
- Future-Proof Architecture: Design scalable system architectures that can withstand the rapid evolution of AI, Web3, and IoT technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to align technical visions with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead experimental projects in our innovation lab to prototype future-state technologies.
- Process Optimization: Implement agile methodologies to accelerate delivery times and improve operational efficiency for the 2026 transition.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of forward-thinking and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in strategic planning, systems architecture, or product management within the tech industry.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), machine learning fundamentals, and data-driven decision-making.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
