Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive strategic product vision for the 2026 timeframe and beyond.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and future consumer behaviors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to translate high-level future trends into actionable product roadmaps.
- Lead high-level stakeholder presentations to secure buy-in for long-term, high-impact initiatives.
- Oversee the lifecycle of innovation projects from concept definition to pilot launch.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure our 2026 vision remains distinct and market-leading.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading complex, long-term strategic initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data, market signals, and user insights into compelling narratives.
- Experience in tech, AI, or sustainable innovation sectors is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree preferred (MBA or MSc in Business, Technology, or related field).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities across diverse teams.
