- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies (AI, Cloud, Edge Computing) to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence, mentor senior engineers, and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into actionable strategies for executive leadership and product teams.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML integration and emerging web technologies.
