Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software systems.
- Drive the technical vision for the '2026' product roadmap, integrating emerging AI and quantum-ready protocols.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and designers, to translate abstract concepts into concrete technical requirements.
- Optimize system architecture for maximum efficiency, security, and scalability.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to industry best practices and security standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with deep knowledge of parallel processing and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated expertise in Machine Learning and Neural Network architecture.
- Experience working in agile environments and leading technical initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
