- Collaborate closely with art directors and creative strategists to translate complex ideas into fluid animations.
- Optimize render pipelines and assets for various platforms, ensuring seamless playback across web and mobile.
- Mentor junior designers, providing feedback on composition, timing, and technical execution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating cutting-edge techniques into our production workflow.
Who You Are

- 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, 3D animation, or visual effects.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender.
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and typography.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a range of styles, from minimalist 2D animation to complex 3D renders.
