Role Overview
In this role, you will lead the visual direction for key client projects, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. You will work closely with our UX researchers, copywriters, and front-end developers to bring designs to life with precision and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-fidelity 2D graphics, layouts, and visual assets for web and mobile interfaces.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system, including icon sets, color palettes, and typography scales.
- Collaborate with the product team to define user flows and wireframe visualizations.
- Review and critique designs for usability, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Ensure all final designs are optimized for performance and responsive across devices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design, preferably within a digital agency or in-house creative team.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects, including UI design, branding, and illustration.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with basic HTML/CSS is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
