Responsibilities
- Conceptualize & Create: Develop high-fidelity 2D animations and motion graphics that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Asset Management: Optimize animation files for various platforms (web, mobile, social) while maintaining high visual standards.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with art directors and copywriters to translate complex ideas into visual narratives.
- Technical Execution: Utilize industry-standard software (After Effects, Cinema 4D) to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Style Guides: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's motion design library and style guides.
- Feedback Integration: Iterate on designs based on client feedback to ensure final deliverables exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion graphics and animation.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Cinema 4D.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling skills and technical proficiency in 2D motion.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions under tight deadlines.
