What You Will Do:
Design and deploy scalable AI agents using Python and modern ML frameworks.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance AI context awareness.
Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust Agentic AI frameworks capable of handling complex, multi-step decision processes.
- Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Integrate vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) to support semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of AI agents to ensure accuracy, safety, and reliability.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement cutting-edge techniques.
- Document system architecture and provide technical leadership to the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama) and prompt engineering strategies.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
