Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust distributed machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale datasets.
- Pioneer AGI Research: Lead research initiatives focused on reasoning, planning, and multi-modal learning for next-generation AI models.
- Optimize Model Performance: Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures to achieve superior inference speeds and accuracy.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to integrate advanced AI solutions into consumer-facing products.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Develop and enforce guidelines to prevent bias and ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Mentor Junior Talent: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior researchers and conducting technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in machine learning research and software engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Spark).
- Research Background: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or open-source contributions to major ML libraries.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to debug complex system issues and optimize algorithms for production environments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
