Job Description
At 2026, we are not just predicting the future; we are engineering it. As a pioneer in next-generation generative intelligence, we are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the development of our core foundational models. You will be responsible for the technical vision and execution of large-scale machine learning systems that power our platform.
We are looking for a builder who thrives in ambiguity and is obsessed with performance, scalability, and innovation. If you have a deep understanding of neural network architectures and want to apply it to solve real-world problems at scale, this is your chance to define the standard for AI in the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and model architectures.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to advance the state-of-the-art in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and multimodal learning.
- System Optimization: Drive improvements in model inference speed, memory efficiency, and training throughput using techniques like quantization and distributed training.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Hugging Face, Ray, or Kubernetes is highly preferred.
- Research Background: A strong publication record (e.g., at NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or significant contributions to open-source ML projects.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex, unsolved problems in AI and drive them to production solutions.
