Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures for large-scale generative models.
- Lead R&D efforts in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI into core products.
- Ensure model safety, fairness, and ethical deployment across all platforms.
- Optimize inference latency and reduce computational costs for real-time applications.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
