Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the design and optimization of deep learning models, including Transformers and GNNs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and select emerging AI technologies and frameworks to drive competitive advantage.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on production systems.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, MLOps, and data engineering principles.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
