Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance machine learning systems and neural network infrastructures.
- Lead the research and deployment of cutting-edge AI models, including NLP and Computer Vision.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all AI deployments in the cloud.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, identifying new technologies and methodologies to implement.
- Optimize model performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and major deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
