We are looking for a Senior AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of our core neural infrastructure. You will be responsible for building the brains of our autonomous agents, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and capable of handling complex, real-time decision-making in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for autonomous agents and predictive analytics.
- Lead the research and optimization of deep learning algorithms for edge computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, DevOps, Product) to integrate AI solutions into production workflows.
- Define technical strategies for long-term growth in AI infrastructure and model interpretability.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MLOps frameworks.
- Proven experience designing systems for high-scale distributed environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
