Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation algorithms, with a focus on Generative AI and Quantum-ready architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model robustness, fairness, and security.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI development within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (10+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s).
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with or a strong interest in emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing or Edge AI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
