Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct technical deep-dives and code reviews to drive engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is highly preferred.
