Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data streams by 2026.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with the CTO to define technical strategies that align with our 3-year vision for autonomous systems.
- Pioneering Research: Push the boundaries of current neural network architectures, exploring novel applications in NLP and computer vision.
- Code Excellence: Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate emerging trends in AI and adapt architectural strategies accordingly.
