Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI models and neural network architectures for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the architectural vision for integrating Quantum Computing interfaces with classical AI workloads.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure algorithmic fairness and transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, security, and hardware engineering.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization on large-scale distributed systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (10+ years of experience equivalent).
- Extensive proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong grasp of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in fast-paced, startup environments.
