Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of core AI models and neural network frameworks for the 2026 Initiative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to translate theoretical models into deployable solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and energy efficiency in heterogeneous computing environments.
- Implement best practices for data security, privacy, and compliance in AI systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Conduct cutting-edge research into emerging technologies, including quantum computing integration and neuromorphic hardware.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or systems architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong background in designing scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with large-scale data processing pipelines and high-performance computing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to delivery.
