Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable neural networks and machine learning models for the 2026 Initiative.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation generative AI systems and LLMs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design) to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for high-performance computing environments and edge devices.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on advanced architectural patterns and coding standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale AI product launches and managing technical roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in cloud architecture or machine learning engineering is a plus.
