Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI infrastructure targeted for the 2026 release cycle.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging AI trends, including Multimodal Learning and Neuromorphic Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Data Science) to translate strategic goals into technical blueprints.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to ensure high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI APIs and open-source frameworks to accelerate development.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and security standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical storytelling.
