Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI infrastructure designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Define and execute the long-term 2026 AI and Machine Learning strategy roadmap in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Design and implement fault-tolerant, high-performance systems using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and managing complex technical projects.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, DevOps, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
