Responsibilities
- Define and lead the technical architecture for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AI scalability.
- Design and implement high-performance machine learning pipelines and data ingestion strategies.
- Lead a team of talented engineers and data scientists, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with product managers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in Generative AI and Edge AI, to drive innovation.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and machine learning projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with MLOps and Model Monitoring tools (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).
