Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and communicate the technical vision for the company's 2026 roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance architecture for AI-driven products, ensuring security, compliance, and high availability.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing integration) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of ML models and infrastructure to ensure real-time processing and reduced latency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI Proficiency: Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
