Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance deep learning models for enterprise applications.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integration strategies.
- Architect robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, monitoring, and continuous deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor and coach engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security and architectural best practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proven track record of delivering AI products from concept to market.
