Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Lead the technical strategy for AI infrastructure migration to 2026 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product lines.
- Establish best practices for data governance and model explainability.
- Drive innovation in neural network optimization and edge computing deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with 3+ years in a senior architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying MLOps pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and reinforcement learning principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
