The Role
In this pivotal role, you will architect and implement the core machine learning systems that power our products. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring our AI solutions are robust, efficient, and safe.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures for large-scale production environments.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI agents.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven experience fine-tuning and deploying state-of-the-art Transformer models.
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
