Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI and Machine Learning systems capable of supporting enterprise-level workloads.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI models, including fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering strategies.
- Establish MLOps pipelines to ensure model training, deployment, and monitoring are seamless, secure, and compliant with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for the AI team to ensure code quality and scalability.
- Conduct rigorous testing for model bias, accuracy, and performance, ensuring ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying LLM-based applications at scale.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with data engineering, ETL processes, and large-scale data handling (Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
