Job Description
Are you ready to architect the future of intelligence?
Nexus Horizons is seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect (2026 Vision) to lead the next generation of intelligent systems. We aren't just building software for today; we are engineering the infrastructure that will define the AI landscape of 2026 and beyond.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agent development. If you thrive in ambiguity and love solving complex, high-stakes problems, this is your opportunity to make a massive impact on the tech industry.
Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructures: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant systems for training and deploying large-scale machine learning models at scale.
- Lead Generative AI Strategy: Guide the team in leveraging cutting-edge LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA) to build proprietary, market-leading solutions.
- Optimize Model Performance: Drive research into quantization, distillation, and inference optimization to reduce latency and operational costs.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and frontend engineers to translate complex research into production-ready products.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in all deployed models.
Qualifications
- Proven Expertise: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture or machine learning engineering.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Spark, Kubernetes).
- Cloud Architecture: Extensive experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure, specifically within AI services and serverless computing.
- LLM Experience: Hands-on experience fine-tuning or building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and vector databases.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to mentor engineering teams, drive technical roadmaps, and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
