Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI/ML infrastructure designed for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation multimodal models and generative AI technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced algorithms into real-world products.
- Establish best practices for model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
