Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models tailored for the 2026 technology stack.
- Lead the technical strategy for Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define realistic and ambitious product roadmaps.
- Optimize existing algorithms for edge computing environments and reduced latency.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in the AI landscape to ensure our solutions remain future-proof.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems for large-scale data processing.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
