Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end AI infrastructure scalable to petabyte-level datasets.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models with a focus on safety and alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
- Conduct technical due diligence for strategic acquisitions and partnerships.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Kubernetes.
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
