Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable distributed AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on LLMs, predictive analytics, and computer vision for 2026 standards.
- Establish coding standards, review high-level design documents, and mentor junior architects and developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to ensure ethical AI implementation and data privacy compliance.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding cloud infrastructure, microservices, and containerization strategies.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of existing systems to ensure real-time latency requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years of specific experience in designing AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex product launches.
- Strong understanding of system design principles, including distributed systems, message queues, and caching strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
