Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data growth by 2026.
- Model Strategy: Define the technical strategy for deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools across the organization.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading cross-functional projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architecture.
