Responsibilities
- Define Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for our 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Design: Design high-performance, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize inference speed and accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and security experts to integrate AI solutions into enterprise workflows.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum computing, Edge AI) to determine their applicability to our stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in designing scalable AI/ML systems, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- LLM Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, transformers, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
