Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI systems for the 2026 product suite.
- Define best practices for model training, fine-tuning, and deployment pipelines using MLOps methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate research into production-ready features.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical compliance in all AI implementations.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, evaluating new technologies for integration.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale Machine Learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
