Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design end-to-end AI architectures that bridge current capabilities with future technological paradigms.
- Model Deployment: Lead the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions at scale.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise stacks using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure AI safety, data privacy, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize inference latency and model accuracy to meet business KPIs.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of designing systems for LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and large-scale data pipelines.
