Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable generative AI models and autonomous agent workflows for enterprise-grade applications.
- Lead research initiatives into post-transformer architectures and state-of-the-art neural network optimizations.
- Design high-performance, low-latency inference pipelines for edge computing environments.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure evolution.
- Mentor and cultivate a culture of technical excellence within the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into executable product strategies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, architecture, or research roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud-native AI infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams and delivering complex systems.
- Experience with multimodal learning and real-time decision-making algorithms is highly preferred.
