Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI and Machine Learning infrastructure aligned with 2026 strategic goals.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure AI systems are transparent, bias-free, and compliant with global data regulations.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Optimize model performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, tools, and frameworks.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is highly preferred.
