Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of supporting high-volume workloads and future expansion.
- Lead the architectural vision for "2026 Readiness," ensuring our tech stack aligns with emerging industry standards and long-term scalability.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI pipelines into production environments.
- Optimize existing infrastructure for speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness using cloud-native technologies and containerization.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security compliance, and automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous technical architectural reviews to ensure team excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML infrastructure or system architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architectures.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and RAG architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
