- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and define architectural standards for a future state (2026).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
