Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement scalable, production-ready AI architectures for autonomous agents and advanced reasoning systems.
- Research & Development: Lead research initiatives to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards for 2026 deployment.
- Optimization: Drive the optimization of inference latency and memory usage for edge and cloud deployments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into real-world user experiences.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI development and bias mitigation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in designing and deploying complex AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex system-level issues.
