Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, identifying emerging trends to ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation by 2026.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI architectures that handle millions of data points with zero latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Prototyping & Proof of Concept: Spearhead high-fidelity prototypes for cutting-edge generative models and autonomous systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and implement long-term technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
