Responsibilities

- Future-Proofing: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Quantum AI integration) to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge by 2026.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Algorithm Optimization: Develop proprietary algorithms that reduce latency and increase model accuracy in complex environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models into cloud infrastructure and edge devices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP) is essential.
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think several years ahead and define long-term technical strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
