Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Model Development: Lead the research and deployment of state-of-the-art deep learning models, focusing on LLMs and generative AI.
- Optimization: Engineer systems for low-latency inference and high throughput, optimizing models for edge computing environments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to integrate AI seamlessly into our ecosystem.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the team.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to internal patent applications regarding future-proof AI methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Distributed Systems: Strong understanding of distributed computing, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
